Pavlidis, Vrabel Promoted to Shareholders at Buckingham

Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Marietta M. Pavlidis and Dustin J. Vrabel to Shareholder.

Marietta M. Pavlidis joined Buckingham’s Akron office in 2002. She focuses her practice on both Family Law, including divorce, dissolution, premarital agreements, legal separation, support and child custody matters and Workers’ Compensation, representing employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
She earned her B.A. from Kent State University and received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1997.
Pavlidis has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Ohio’s Super Lawyers® from 2013-2015. She was also named a Top 100 Super Lawyers® (2015), Top 50 Women Ohio Super Lawyers® (2014-2015), Top 50 Cleveland Super Lawyers® (2014 -2015) and Top 25 Cleveland Women Super Lawyers® (2014-2015).
Pavlidis, who spends time in both the Akron and Canton offices, lives in Jackson Township with her husband, Sam Kragalott, and son, Milan. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association; Akron Bar Association, where she served as past chair of the Family Law Section; Stark County Bar Association; Ohio Women’s Bar Association; Charles F. Scanlon and Judge Samuel H. Bell Inn of Court and The National Advocates. In addition, she is a member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. Pavlidis is a graduate of Leadership Akron, Class 29 and a graduate of Torchbearers, Akron Class of 2011.
Dustin J. Vrabel joined Buckingham’s Canton office in 2007 and focuses his practice on Business Law including corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and general business matters. He serves as outside general counsel for many of our clients and advises them on a broad range of legal matters.
Vrabel earned his B.S. in accounting and finance from Miami University in Ohio, and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in N.Y. in 2007.
Vrabel was selected by his peers for inclusion in Ohio’s Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ from 2011-2012.
Vrabel lives in Jackson Township with his wife Allison and children, Nash and Ainsley. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law and Antitrust Sections) and is actively involved on the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. Vrabel also sits on the Administrative Committee for the Corporate Law Section of the Stark County Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church; the Board of Directors of Central Catholic High School; member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Stark and Carroll Counties and a member of the Executive Board for Buckeye Council, Boy Scouts of America. Vrabel is also a 2009 graduate of Leadership Stark County.
