Buckingham welcomes attorney Joshua E. O’Farrell

(Canton, OH, December 23, 2019) – Buckingham is pleased to announce that Joshua E. O’Farrell has joined the Firm’s Canton office as a Partner in the Litigation practice group.
O’Farrell has extensive experience representing landowners throughout Ohio in oil and gas lease negotiations, pipeline right-of-way agreement negotiations, mineral sale transactions, and complex oil and gas litigation. Joshua’s practice also involves commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, appellate advocacy, and family law. He has appeared in courts throughout Ohio, including successfully arguing before the Supreme Court of Ohio.
