Vrabel Named Buckingham’s Canton Office Partner-in-Charge

Buckingham is pleased to announce that attorney Dustin Vrabel has been named the Firm’s Canton Office Partner-in-Charge. Vrabel assumes the reins from Joe Feltes, who served in the role for a decade.
Vrabel joined Buckingham’s Canton office in 2007. He is the practice area leader for the mergers and acquisitions group and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He serves as outside general counsel for many of our clients, advising them on a broad range of legal matters.
Vrabel earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University in Ohio, and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York in 2007. Vrabel serves on the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is the past Chairman of Brookside Country Club. He is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Stark County.
