About William:

Before joining Buckingham in 2022, I was a Partner with Moscarino & Treu for 21 years after working 14 years as an associate and Partner in the litigation practice group of Arter & Hadden’s Cleveland, Ohio office. During my 35 years of practice, I have focused on civil litigation and trial and appellate work in both judicial and arbitration forums, and advising individuals and businesses on a wide variety of contract, fiduciary and related business issues and disputes. I have first chair jury trial and appellate experience representing insured and self-insured clients in professional and product liability, contract and personal injury matters. I also have extensive trial and appellate experience representing insurers, insurance agents, banks and other businesses in insurance coverage, bad faith, agent liability, trade secret, banking, Uniform Commercial Code and related complex commercial, contract and financial disputes and litigation.

I  have dedicated my career  to providing clients with an informed, pragmatic approach to litigation and business disputes and representation that is smart, efficient and cost-effective.
