About Stephen:
I am a business lawyer with a passion for working with entrepreneurs. As a transactional attorney, I focus on adding value to my clients through practical, personalized legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, stock purchase agreements, employment contracts and commercial real estate.
My clients are passionate about their businesses, which is why I make a point to take the time to learn their industry. This helps me to find creative ways to manage risk and add value in a manner tailored to each business and each transaction. I also utilize my transactional and corporate governance experience to provide support in the areas of business litigation and commercial collections.
