Buckingham welcomes attorney Robert E. Roland to Canton Office

(Canton, OH, October 28, 2019) – Buckingham is pleased to announce that Robert E. Roland will be joining the Canton office as a Partner in the Business practice group starting October 28, 2019.

Roland is a business attorney with more than 30 years of experience. He focuses on corporate and banking law, employee stock benefit plans, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business dispute resolution, and commercial real estate transactions. He serves as general counsel for closely-held corporations and non-profit associations and also represents banks and financial institutions throughout Ohio.
