Buckingham names Josh O’Farrell Oil & Gas Chair

kingham Partner, Josh O’Farrell, has been named the Chair of Buckingham’s Oil & Gas practice. Josh has extensive experience in representing landowners in matters involving litigation against oil and gas companies, assisting in royalty audits, and negotiating oil and gas leases, pipeline right-of-way agreements, and mineral sales to procure the best terms for his clients.
Josh has been named one of Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars™ (2016-2020) in Energy and Natural Resources, is recognized by the Ohio Farm Bureau for his work on behalf of landowners, and has successfully argued on behalf of landowners in the Supreme Court of Ohio.
