Three Buckingham Associates Promoted to Partner

(Akron, OH, December 27, 2019) – Buckingham is pleased to announce that Alexander C. Campbell, Amanda M. Gatti and Andrew J. Pullekins have been promoted to Partner, effective January 1, 2020. Alex Campbell is a member of the firm’s non-profit, business and taxation practice groups. Amanda Gatti is a member of the litigation and health & medicine practice groups, and Andy Pullekins is a member of the litigation and business practice groups.

 

Campbell joined Buckingham’s Nonprofit group in 2016 after working at a firm in Chicago, Illinois and working for two judges in New Orleans, Louisiana. Alex provides a wealth of knowledge to his clients and can frequently be found giving presentations across Northeast Ohio. He attended the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Campbell volunteers with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, BVU: the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the Shaker Heights Development Corporation, Fund Development Committee.

 

Gatti joined Buckingham in 2017 and serves as a trial attorney in the Litigation practice group, with a focus in medical and legal malpractice. Amanda also serves as co-chair of our Diversity Committee. She attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.  Gatti has served as a Partner in Justice for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, a legal advisor to the Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School Mock Trial Team, and an At-Large Trustee for the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation. She is a member of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association Judicial Selection Committee and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Health Care Law Section Council.

 

Pullekins joined Buckingham’s Litigation Practice Group in 2015, making the transition from plaintiff’s work to business litigation. Andy is an experienced trial attorney and trusted advisor for his clients. He attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio, and is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He serves as an advisory board member for the Walsh Jesuit High School Alumni Advisory Council and Catholic Charities Community Services of Summit County. He also works with local nonprofit organizations focused on providing support and opportunities to underprivileged and minority youth in the Akron community.
