In this fast-paced webinar Susan and Neil present high-level employment law updates that every executive needs to know. The topics covered include the obligations of employers for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees, an update on guidance from the Department of Labor as to misclassification of independent contractors, and what to be cautious of with respect to employee rights given recent guidance from the National Labor Relations Board.
