Real Estate Attorney, Graig E. Kluge, joins Buckingham’s Cleveland Office
[June 1, 2020, Cleveland, Ohio] Buckingham is pleased to announce that attorney, Graig E. Kluge, has joined the Firm’s Cleveland office as a Partner in the Real Estate and Construction practice group.
Graig, an experienced real estate attorney, has most recently served as the Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland where he provided legal counsel to the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board of Building Standards and the Office of Professional Management. While there, he was responsible for preparing millions of dollars of vendor contracts, leases, sale agreements, easements and license agreements for the Department of Utilities and the Department of Public Works.
Graig’s previous roles also include the Senior Director of Real Estate and Development for University Circle, Inc. and a Project Manager for the Cleveland Clinic. Graig’s experience includes negotiating multi-million dollar legal agreements, including extensive negotiations of commercial property, and handling complex zoning issues with his deep knowledge of the Cleveland Zoning Code and zoning requirements.
