Ohio Income Tax: Snowbirds Clipped by Ohio Supreme Court

On October 7, 2015, Buckingham hosted a bonus edition of our Breakfast with Buckingham series titled “Ohio Income Tax: Snowbirds Clipped by Ohio Supreme Court.”

After the Supreme Court’s Cunningham decision, individuals living part-time in Ohio, but claiming nonresidency for Ohio income tax purposes, cannot simply rely upon spending the requisite number of days outside Ohio.
