Cybersecurity in 2016

Cybersecurity in 2016

On February 3, 2016, Buckingham hosted the first Breakfast with Buckingham event of the year titled “Cybersecurity in 2016.”

Brett Kimmell, of Kimmell Cybersecurity and Forensic Services, joined Buckingham attorneys Neil Bhagat and Justin Greenfelder, as the event’s guest speaker.  Kimmell explored five ways your systems can be breached, and how to identify if a breach has occurred. Bhagat, an attorney in Buckingham’s Employment and Labor Practice Group, reviewed employment policies you should have in place to combat against some of the issues for which you may be at risk. Justin Greenfelder, an attorney in Buckingham’s Litigation Practice Group, discussed insurance issues related to cybersecurity and what to do when cybersecurity policies go wrong.
