What: Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs’ Annual Real Estate and Construction Law Seminar will take place on April 29.
This year, Jerry James, president of Artex Oil Company and past president of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, will be the keynote speaker providing an update on oil and gas development in Ohio. His presentation will be followed by a panel discussion regarding lease negotiations, a panel regarding 2015 real estate legal updates, a presentation on 1031 Exchanges and will be concluded with a presentation titled: “World War Z: Surviving the Zoning Apocalypse.”
