About Zachary:

I bring a unique combination of personal and professional experience to help clients navigate complex business, healthcare, and litigation matters. Early in my career, I served clients primarily as a business advisor and commercial litigator. While my practice developed in those areas, I observed my wife’s dedication as a breast cancer surgeon. This gave me a profound appreciation for the essential role healthcare providers play in our communities and inspired my passion for supporting hospitals, medical practices, and physicians as outside general counsel. In that role, I assist healthcare clients with a wide range of legal needs, including contracts, regulatory compliance, medical staff bylaws, organizational policies, governance, and other day-to-day concerns—enabling them to focus on what matters most: patient care.

In addition to my work in healthcare, business, and litigation, I collaborate closely with my partners at Buckingham who specialize in labor and employment, tax, real estate, workers’ compensation, estate planning, and more, to ensure clients receive comprehensive legal counsel in all areas of law.
