  • Areas of Practice

    • Litigation

I am of counsel to Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs. For over thirty years, I was a litigator, representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of civil matters and trying over 100 cases to juries.  During the last few years, I have focused my practice on alternative dispute resolution.

I have served as a mediator or arbitrator in many disputes and have continued to advise clients on matters in which my experience and insights are helpful.  As a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution, I am here to help my clients explore ways in which disputes can be resolved without the expense and uncertainty of litigation.
