About Sydney:
As an associate attorney in the Business Practice group, my practice is focused on assisting businesses in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day contract matters, and real estate transaction work. I also support the Litigation Practice group in handling general business litigation matters.
