    • Trusts & Estates

As a trusts and estates attorney, my focus is on helping clients plan for the future through estate planning, charitable gifting, and estate administration. I work with a wide range of individuals, families, closely-held business owners and charities. Each client has a different set of needs, wants, and goals, so I make it my main priority to understand each client’s individual concerns in order to create thoughtful and personal plans. Integrity and trust are the foundation of my relationships with clients because they understand I am working to put their individual needs first.

Having worked in the probate court, I understand the issues that can arise when drafting estate planning documents, and I understand how to avoid them. Clients rely on me because I am able to help them navigate difficult conversations when sensitive topics arise. While determining the best plan for my clients, I take the time to keep them informed and to make certain that I am available to answer any questions.
