  • Areas of Practice

    • Litigation
    • Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy
    • Oil & Gas

As a litigation attorney, my primary goal is to problem solve and be your advocate. I represent business owners, individuals, banks, property owners and families seeking solutions in areas of conflict.

I focus my practice on litigation involving business disputes, probate matters, oil and gas, landlord-tenant law, creditors’ rights in bankruptcies and toxic torts/asbestos litigation defense. I will fight for your rights in each of these areas in a professional manner that seeks to be both efficient and effective. My knowledge of potential outcomes in litigation will assist you with business and personal planning that reduces your risks before conflict begins.

I present the heart of my clients’ cases in a clear and understandable manner in order to convince a judge or jury of their position; I will do the same for you as I strive to relieve you of the burden caused by whatever issues you may be facing.
