I am an estate planning and real estate attorney assisting clients with some of the most important matters in their lives. My experience in working on a family farm and in a family business has formed my work ethic and given me the practical experience needed to advise my clients in the best way possible.
In the area of Trusts & Estates, I guide clients through the planning process to pass down, not only their assets, but their values. Clients value my ability to make the process easy to understand and be creative in tailoring their plan so their goals and wishes are accomplished.
I also have experience assisting clients with all types of real estate matters—from small residential transactions to large residential or commercial development. I have assisted corporate clients in development of construction contracts, complex transactions and also serve as outside counsel to those clients on general business matters.
