As a creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorney, I often represent financial institutions in bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, commercial transactions and litigation.  My most rewarding work is when closely held companies come to me while their financial stress still is manageable, so that we can form a proactive solution and get the organization back to a place of financial health.

Because I genuinely care about my clients, I make it a priority to get to know them, their business, and their needs. This enables me to work alongside my clients to develop solutions with their best interests at heart.

Whether I am helping clients restructure their businesses, defending them at trial, or handling a receivership matter on their behalf, I work hard to earn them the outcomes they desire.
