About Hannah:
As an associate attorney in the Business Practice Group, Hannah’s practice is focused on assisting businesses with a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day contract matters, and real estate transactions. She works closely with clients to provide practical legal guidance that supports their operational and strategic goals.
Hannah also supports the Bankruptcy and Debt Collections Practice Groups, where she regularly drafts motions, discovery requests, complaints, and other litigation-related documents to assist clients in navigating financial disputes and recovery efforts.
