I am a corporate attorney who advises clients on commercial agreements and contracts and, if necessary, represents them in corporation litigation matters. I have tried and won innumerable litigation cases, over ten of which are cases of first impression (never before decided), in the state and federal courts in the State of Ohio.

My clients include business owners and contractors within a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing and real estate. My focus includes helping my clients build relationships with one another and with parties with whom they deal as I facilitate successful contract agreements.

I’ve been practicing law for over 50 years. My thorough knowledge of the law parallels my understanding of what works for my clients and what they need in a contractual relationship with their manufacturers, customers, distributors, dealers, sales outlets, and more. I am successful at creating those relationships between business entities because I understand each party’s objectives and I work to create solutions that meet those objectives.

I have the experience and knowledge to get the results my clients desire. I aim to make sure my clients are successful and pleased to have me as their counsel.
