About Elizabeth:
As a Trusts and Estates attorney with a background in classical music, I approach unique situations and problems with creativity.
Licensed in both Ohio and Florida, I offer a wide array of probate and estate planning services in either jurisdiction.
I have experience navigating complicated probate and trust administration issues that can arise, including wealth transfer tax and fiduciary income tax. I have experience preparing various tax returns, including: individual income tax, fiduciary income tax, gift tax and estate tax.
I draft estate planning documents with attention to detail and strive to ensure our clients’ specific needs and goals are met.
