  • Areas of Practice

    • Trusts & Estates
    • Real Estate & Construction

I am a trusts & estates and real estate attorney. I primarily represent business owners, real estate developers and professionals with respect to their personal estate planning and real estate matters.

For my estate planning clients, I assist in drafting documents designed to achieve one’s unique personal goals while reducing estate tax exposure and protecting assets for future generations.  I routinely assist individuals with trust and estate administration and work to preserve wealth for future generations using cutting-edge techniques and strategies. I create value for my clients by developing strategies and succession plans that take into account their personal values and asset protection needs.

For my real estate clients, I assist in structuring and negotiating both simple and complex commercial and residential purchase and lease arrangements. As needed, I counsel individuals on dealing with homeowners associations and disputes between neighbors. My estate planning experience and knowledge enables me to help my clients find proper vehicles to pass real estate and related businesses to their desired heirs.
