  • Areas of Practice

    • Litigation

I represent clients dealing with disputes regarding their business, real estate, inheritance and intellectual property. As a litigation attorney I handle and resolve these types of controversies and difficult commercial litigation matters on behalf of businesses across the United States.

As there are a multitude of outcomes that can result from the often sensitive issues I manage for clients, I make it my job to ensure they are resolved in the most positive and productive way possible. I do this by aiming to find creative solutions that leave my clients feeling pleased with our outcomes.

When possible, I find ways to resolve disputes through a settlement to ensure my clients’ best interests. However, I am always ready to take an issue to court and serve as a committed, thorough, and resilient legal counselor for my clients.
