I help clients navigate inheritance controversies, commercial and real estate disputes, and intellectual property disputes. As a probate litigation attorney, I handle inheritance controversy disputes relating to wills, trusts and other forms of after-death designations. I often guide clients through the emotional and difficult conflicts that arise when handling complex trust interpretation and benefits administration matters. Whether it’s protecting the wealth and assets of an individual or working to secure a fair outcome for all parties, my experience allows me to ardently negotiate the unique probate system on behalf of my clients.

I also represent individuals and companies regarding all different types of business, and real estate controversies such as shareholder/partner disputes, uniform commercial code disputes, breach of agreements including non-competition agreements and tenant/landlord disputes as well as intellectual property involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.

The most important part or my job is to determine what the client’s goals are early so that we can achieve those goals. It is also imperative that we work together to manage the case in a collaborative, transparent manner. I advocate for my clients and go to trial or arbitration when necessary, but when possible, I find ways to resolve disputes through settlements while ensuring my clients’ best interests.
