I am a business lawyer with a focus on counseling my clients through commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and advising my clients on how such transactions can affect their tax liabilities. In addition, I often counsel business owners on developing effective succession plans that secure the future of their business and align with their corporate structure.

My clients include business owners, high level executives, private equity firms and corporations who seek my representation due to my extensive experience in the field of corporate law. I have the ability to understand what my clients need, and help them develop succession planning and transactional strategies based on those needs.

My greatest strength lies in my analytical and negotiating skills. I put these to work for my clients to offer practical solutions that harness positive results. Over the years I have built long-lasting relationships with my clients who understand I can give them the results they desire, all while helping their businesses and their careers flourish.
