About Carl:
For over 40 years, Carl has helped financial institutions structure commercial lending transactions for borrowers across a variety of industries. As a corporate finance attorney, Carl focuses not only on getting the loans on the books for his clients; he works with his clients in developing and executing a plan for managing the loan assets if the road gets rocky and the lender needs an exit strategy.
Often times Carl acts as the “quarterback” of the transaction, coordinating other firm resources required to address tax, real property, construction or intellectual property issues that may arise.
Carl is an effective advocate for his clients, not a deal killer. He provides clients the best advice based on his experience, allowing them to make the informed business decisions that are right for them. Carl’s personal objective is to be a trusted resource for his clients. It is his promise to give clients the answers they need in order to make the best decisions for their businesses.
