As a transactional attorney, my focus is mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and general business matters. Whether you are forming your entity for the first time or expanding an existing company, I am committed to helping you navigate the complex laws that govern these transactions so that you can make decisions that are best for your business.

Because I represent a variety of clients each with unique needs, I strive to understand my clients’ businesses and to put in place agreements that will meet individual objectives and business goals. With a client-centered approach, I draft comprehensive and strategic agreements that protect my clients’ best interests and mitigate future risks. The strength of integrity and trust within the relationships I have with my clients is key to building successful businesses and being part of a larger team for my clients and for Buckingham.
