Publications
Mr. Reyes is the author of "Real Property Foreclosures in Ohio," published in 1987 and has          been involved in significant published decisions, including: Great Northern Savings Co.          v. Ingarra, 66 Ohio St. 2d 503 (1981) (Due on Sale Clauses), Mack v. Polson Rubber          Co., 14 Ohio St. 3d 34 (1984) (Disputed Settlement Agreement - Right to a Hearing), and          In re: Phillip Lee Gardner, 810 F. 2d 87 (6th Cir. 1987) (Bankruptcy Appellate Court          Jurisdiction and Insurance Policy Exclusions, In re: Arter & Hadden, L.L.P., U.S. Bkcy. Ct.            No. 03-23293, and S.H.A.R.K., et al. v. Metro Parks, Serving Summit County, et al., U.S.            Dist. Ct. No. 06-4009, (6th Cir. 2006).
