- Mr. Claussen joined the law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP as an Associate in 2009.
- With a practice focusing on commercial litigation, Mr. Claussen has defended and brought actions on behalf of corporations involving fraud, breach of contract and other business related claims. He has also assisted lending institutions in various actions including mortgage foreclosures, mortgage fraud and title insurance disputes. Additionally, Mr. Claussen has defended corporations in medical malpractice, automobile negligence, products liability and general liability actions.
- Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Claussen served as an Associate Attorney with Clarke, Silverglate & Campbell, P.A. where his practice focused on commercial litigation, products liability and general liability defense.
