- Ms. Zink has experience in the preparation and prosecution of utility patent applications, both foreign and domestic, focusing in the areas of software, wireless technologies, data communication, data bases, computer hardware/software, wireless technologies, business methods, thermoplastics, rubber elastomers, polymeric coatings and films, office automation systems, intelligent peripheral configuration and printer engines, and innerspring and mattress components.
- In addition, Ms. Zink also assists in the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, both foreign and domestic; patent infringement, validity and right-to-market opinion; and domestic and international licenses for patents, technologies and trademarks. She counsels clients with regard to Intellectual Property portfolios and procurement strategies and structures a wide variety of agreements.
