Practice Area And Professional Expertise

• Ms. McIntyre has assisted the Firm in its financing transactions in which the Firm has served as bond, issuer, underwriter, borrower and bank counsel, including tax-exempt, securities such as general obligation and industrial development bonds.
  
  
• She has prepared financing, security, underwriting, loan, trust agreements, and security disclosure documents in the Firm’s representation of Beaver Local School District, Green City School District, and Tallmadge City School District.
  
  
• Ms. McIntyre’s experience includes the presentation of lectures for Medical Management Development Associates, clerking for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Ninth District Court of Appeals of Ohio.
  
  
• She has served on the Adjunct Law Faculty of the University of Akron School of Law, teaching basic and intermediate legal communication.
