IS Trainer/Software Support Specialist - Akron, OH
We have an opening in our Akron office for an IS Trainer/Software Support Specialist. Candidate must have a computer-related bachelor’s degree and 3 years computer training experience working in the legal industry. Must have the ability to speak comfortably in a public setting, a high energy level, enthusiasm for service to others, and organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities include developing & maintaining in-house training materials and conducting training programs, and providing administrative support for firm-wide software packages. Position requires monthly travel to all Ohio offices and travel to Florida as needed.
