Compensation
We offer competitive compensation complemented by a full benefit package. Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan in which the Firm matches 25% of your contribution up to 6%, and a defined contribution pension plan in which the Firm contributes 6.5% of your annual earnings. We support the life balance needs of our employees with flexible scheduling and leave time policies.

Opportunities for Professional Growth
All employees can obtain computer and professional training in our state-of-the-art computer training facility. We place a high emphasis on the development of our associate attorneys and provide formal orientation, mentoring and training programs.
