About Nicholas:
I am a business lawyer. I represent a broad spectrum of business owners, as well as real estate developers. My experience as CEO of a multi-million dollar business for more than eight years allows me to bring my corporate knowledge to the board table. Thus, my clients see me not only as their lawyer, but as their trusted business advisor and friend.
Because I understand, and know how to resolve, the myriad of issues that distract business owners from running their businesses, I am a client’s first phone call when they face a tough legal problem. In fact, I take on the responsibility of solving such problems for clients so they can get back to focusing on their businesses.
Clients are best served by a lawyer who has extensive experience dealing with situations much like their own. I have that experience, and I am here to offer advice to clients to head off an issue before it erupts. At the end of the day my goal is to get the deal done, and ensure my clients are satisfied with the results.
