Lombardi, Business Litigation: Mr. Lombardi joined the law firm in 1962 and focuses his practice on banking, business, commercial litigation, debtor/creditor, unfair competition, bankruptcy, franchise, real estate, construction and computer law. Mr. Lombardi received his J.D. from Western Reserve Law School (Case Western Reserve University), Cleveland, Ohio (1962). In addition, he earned his B.A. from The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio (senior-in-absentia, 1960). Cleveland David L. Drechsler, Business Litigation: Mr. Drechsler joined the law firm in 1990 and is the Managing Partner of Buckingham’s Cleveland office, and was the former Litigation Practice Group Leader for Cleveland. His areas of practice include intellectual property, litigation, real estate and construction law and trusts and estates. Mr. Drechsler earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (cum laude, 1989). In addition, he received his B.A. from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio (1986). West Palm Beach Joseph L. Ackerman, Jr., Business Litigation: Mr. Ackerman has practiced civil litigation for almost twenty-five (25) years. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including employment and civil rights, construction, land use, real estate and other contract litigation. Mr. Ackerman earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law (1977). He received his B.A. in Economics from The College of William & Mary (with Honors, 1973).
