Orville L. Reed, III, Personal Injury Defense: General: Mr. Reed joined the firm in 1973 and has over thirty (30) years of trial practice. His practice is focused on the representation of major self-insured and manufacturing concerns in commercial and personal injury litigation. Mr. Reed earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, Notre Dame, Indiana (with distinction, 1973). He received his B.A. from the Borromeo Seminary College of Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio (magna cum laude, 1969).

Stephen P. Griffin, Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice: Mr. Griffin joined the firm in 1999 and focuses his practice on the defense of professional malpractice lawsuits, physicians, medical practitioners, hospitals and nursing homes; business litigation; pharmaceutical and medical device defense; product liability defense; food-borne illness litigation; and real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Griffin earned his J.D. from the University of Akron College of Law, Akron, Ohio (1987) and his M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public & International Affairs (1984, special certificate in Urban Management). Richard S. Milligan, Civil Litigation Defense: Mr. Milligan joined the firm in 2003 and has experience in general civil litigation, medical malpractice, healthcare, employment, negligence and insurance law. In addition, he serves as expert witness in legal malpractice matters. Mr. Milligan received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, Akron, Ohio (1980). He earned his B.A. from Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio (1976).

Dirk E. Riemenschneider, Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice: Mr. Riemenschneider joined the firm in 1998 and has handled numerous medical malpractice cases from inception to closing representing physicians of all specialties and defended cases regarding birth injuries, wrongful death, medical misdiagnosis, surgical complications, failure to monitor and failure to treat. Mr. Riemenschneider earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (1991). He received his B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio (1988).
