Canton, OH -  Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP is pleased to announce that Dustin J. Vrabel is a member of the 2009 Leadership Stark County Class. Leadership Stark County seeks to develop a core of motivated leaders with a lifelong commitment to community trusteeship through training in leadership skills and education about the community. The program offers participants training in leadership skills and education about the community. Mr. Vrabel is experienced in representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, real estate transactions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Buckingham as an Associate, Mr. Vrabel was a legal intern with the City of Massillon Prosecutor’s Office and the Kenan Advantage Group. At the City of Massillon Prosecutor’s Office, he assisted city prosecutors with research and preparation for trials. While at the Kenan Advantage Group, Mr. Vrabel worked on corporate transactions and conducted legal research on regulatory and business issues for its General Counsel. Mr. Vrabel received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, New York (2007). He received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio (2004). Mr. Vrabel is admitted to practice in Ohio and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association. He is a member of the YStark! Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Leadership Stark County Spotlight.
